We regularly represent companies in M&A, investment and finance transactions involving large public and private companies, international conglomerates and private equity funds. We are accustomed to contending with large law firms as opposing counsel and are unfazed by their tactics and over-staffing.
We offer big firm results at small firm rates. We are flexible and will sometimes take equity for an adjusted rate, depending on the client and the requested services.
